hi im new to fibromyalgia and found this site and want to know more about it
I attended my first Fibromyalgia group today at Balmoral garden centre in Gillingham. They were very helpful and that is where I found out about this site... I'm glad I did... it makes such a difference to find that there are so many others with the same condition and that I'm not on my own :)

I am the mum of a 16 year old girl who has just been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. We came as a family to your awareness day yesterday. I wanted to thank everyone that we spoke to for making us all feel like we werent the only family dealing with this condition and for understanding how my daughter feels as a sufferer and how the rest of us feel as her family in trying to understand how it affects her day to day life and to understand a little bit more about how we can support her. I especially want to say thank you to Ron and Margaret for all their advice and for making us feel so welcome and included and positive. Well done everyone for all your hard work yesterday.
